Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your item is defective or the wrong item was received contact us immediately (within 3 days of package arrival). Customer must include photos of the issue for review and the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at adrianmichaelco@gmail.com or through the Contact Us link.

RETURNS

Due to handmade and personalization or our products, we do not accept return, exchanges or cancellations. To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Also include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders and/or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, eye mask and/or face mask). We also do not accept returns for perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
